Job Description Site Manager - Fit Out
We are working with a Commercial Build fit out and refurbishment contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to work on prestigious projects across the North west.
The company provide office space and retail fit out services to blue chip clients offering a high standard of design, build and fit out projects. The majority of work is Northwest based although there may be some work further afield due t the nature of the clients locations.

- Enhanced DBS
- CSCS Managers card
- Previous Site Management experience within a commercial build environment
- Working alongside PM, design and commercial teams overseeing the project
- Managing sub contractors
- Overseeing on site Health & Safety
- Driving Licence
- HNC/HND Construction Management
- Toolbox talks
- Working with client/design teams/onsite stakeholders
- Client facing
