Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Site Manager for our projects across Aberystwyth. . The selected individual will oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate with various stakeholders, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage project timelines. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets and quality control, maintaining records, conducting site inspections, and troubleshooting issues that arise on-site.
Must have experience in structural work and general building with the ability to spot problems before the become problems

- Construction Management and Project Management skills
- Proficiency in Budget Management and Quality Control
- Safety Compliance and Site Inspection experience
- Temp works
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Coordination skills
- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in sustainable construction practices is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
