As our next Site Engineering Project Manager in Ashford, you will lead the Projects team to manage the end to end delivery of multiple capital based instrastructure, growth and cost out projects. These need to be delivered to specification, time and cost plans and achieve the highest of engineering and professional standards.
To excel in this role, you will need a relevant engineering degree with previous CAPEX project management experience from an FMCG background, teamed with a collaborative approach to working with multi-functional teams across all levels.

The Key Requirements...
- Experience of moden manufacturing practices, food processing and associated equipment knowledge
- Demonstrable record of delivering successful engineering CAPEX projects within an FMCG environment
- Experience of managing a team
- Conversant with relevant legislation (eg IEE 18th Edition, DSEAR etc)
- Salary of circa £80,000 per annum
- Bonus (10%)
- Company Car Allowance (£6,780)
- Company Pension up to 7.5%
