As a Showroom Consultant based in Dundee you’ll be responsible for:

• Dealing with retail and trade customers in the showroom on a face to face basis and also via phone and email
• Taking time to go over their needs and wants for their bathrooms
• Suggest products, styles and colours to suit the customer needs
• Complete designs and quotes for customers
• Develop relationships and sales leads to generate new business for the showroom
• Seeing all processes through from start to finish
  
  

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm. Wednesday 08.00am - 1.00pm and every Saturday 09.00am - 12.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Previous bathroom/kitchen showroom experience is essential knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.
• Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms.
• Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs.
