Showroom Co-Ordinator

Arddun Agency are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help assist in the organisation of our showrooms that occur four times a year in New York, London & Paris.

This individual needs to have strong organisational skills and the ability to think on their feet while managing multiple projects. The Showroom Co-Ordinator will join the operations team reporting into the Head of Operations.

Preferable Skills

• Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Key Tasks Will Include

• Keeping detailed and up to date trackers of each season's progress
• Actively reaching out to the wholesale team to ensure that we have all the relevant and up to date information for each showroom
• Booking the teams flights, trains and hotels for all seasonal travel
• Booking all travel for Tradeshows and assist in organising the relevant shipments
• Working directly with rental brands to manage their allocated space in the showroom
• Liaising with the brand managers to track samples to and from showrooms
• Sending weekly reports to the relevant teams to ensure everyone is working to the most up to date and, most importantly, the same information.
• Managing the keys components of co-ordinating the showroom such as Interns, Models, catering, carnet and van bookings
• Checking and approving relevant Invoices
• Securing and maintaining relationship with vendors
• Sending out staff orders at the end of every season and checking each one to ensure they align with policies
