Showroom Assistant – Aberdeen – Northern Heating

As a Showroom Assistant based in Aberdeen, you'll be responsible for:

• Dealing with customers in the showroom on a face to face basis and also phone and email
• Taking time to go over their needs and wants for their bathrooms/heating requirements
• Suggest products, styles and colours to suit the customer needs
• Complete designs and quotes for customers
• Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales
• Seeing all processes through from start to finish and dealing with any after sales issues that may arise.
  
  

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07:30am - 5.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

• Previous heating/showroom knowledge would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.
• Creative ability to plan/design the customers bathrooms and heating needs.
• Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs.
