As a Showroom Assistant based in Aberdeen, you'll be responsible for:
- Dealing with customers in the showroom on a face to face basis and also phone and email
- Taking time to go over their needs and wants for their bathrooms/heating requirements
- Suggest products, styles and colours to suit the customer needs
- Complete designs and quotes for customers
- Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales
- Seeing all processes through from start to finish and dealing with any after sales issues that may arise.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous heating/showroom knowledge would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.
- Creative ability to plan/design the customers bathrooms and heating needs.
- Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs.
- Computer literacy.
