We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Shoot Production Assistant to join our dynamic creative team on-set and at our Didcot Studio.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Shoot Production Assistant who is eager to contribute to the production of high-quality creative projects

.As a Shoot Production Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of the studio and creative team, responsible for ensuring the operational and logistical side of our creative production runs seamlessly. From ordering products and samples to managing shoot prep and handling admin tasks, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything on track and well-organised

KEY RESPONSIBILITI

  • ESSupport the management of photography project timelines, ensuring all pre and post-shoot tasks are completed on schedul
  • e.Organise and oversee the setup and breakdown of creative shoots and content productio
  • n.Assist in maintaining communication and scheduling between the creative team, external partners, and other internal departments, particularly our Product tea
  • m.Manage the logistical coordination of materials, samples, props, and resources needed for shoot
  • s.Maintain accurate documentation and records of shoot assets, samples and budget
  • s.Support in ensuring all creative assets are organised and accessible for the tea
  • m.Contribute and distribute Sudproduction schedules and ensure resources are allocated effectivel
  • y.Handle general studio and production admin, including raising POs, tracking expenses, and filing paperwor
  • k.Assist in managing and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols during creative project
