Shipping Support Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Shipping and Logistics function at the Luton plant by ensuring timely delivery of products to both our internal and external customers and supporting import/export administration
• Act as the main point of contact for our key customers for shipping
• Support and coordinate EXW (Ex Works) shipments
• Liaise with customers regarding EXW Shipping arrangements
• Obtain and manage freight/shipping quotes for EXW
• Participate in Continuous improvement meetings in order to identify and implement changes that will benefit the performance of the business
• Handle customer-specific documentation needs (Chamber of Commerce docs, Certificates of Origin, ATRs, stamped invoices, Certificates of Conformance, text certificates)
• Coordinate with planning and operation to ensure customers orders are shipped
• Support Luton Finance team with Walk the dock report/clearance for month end revenue recognition
• Assist the GTM team with export/import documentation (SAD – Single Administrative Document)
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders
• Participate in Health & Safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the credit team on Letters of Credit

• Experience within Supply Chain/international shipping
• SAP
• Microsoft Office
• Freight Forwarding Procedures/Regulations,
