What You’ll Be Doing

As Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the national average.
• Monitoring and controlling departmental costs in line with the business plan, while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
• Upholding manufacturer standards at all times.
• Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
