Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of Adferiad’s services across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, developing new opportunities in line with community needs, and promoting the visibility and impact of Adferiad’s work within the region.
