You will provide vital help to the E-mobility entity in United Kingdom to meet business needs efficiently and effectively, boosting customer satisfaction by performing all tasks to high quality standards, in line with relevant processes and guidelines.
Working with customers to ensure our products and systems provide maximum performance, our Service teams solve a wide variety of key industrial challenges. We increase productivity and reliability, lengthen product life span and improve safety. Critically, we also reduce costs, energy consumption and emissions.

Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plans and schedules and oversees all Service Jobs with necessary resources
- Manage the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection
- Helping to implement relevant policies and procedures and contributing to regular reviews
- Keep the system up to date with the correct asset data.
- Ensures the correct spare parts are ready for Field Service
- 2 or more years of experience in an industrial environment working as planner with knowledge or interest in electronics in a B2B market
- Training of specific tools is foreseen ,knowledge of Microsoft Office is mandatory
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Fluent Bilingual English and Spanish verbal & written communication skills is mandatory.
- Current work location is Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, working from home is possible
