Our Service Advisors coordinate between our workshop and customers to provide our customers with excellent service and knowledge. As a Service Advisor you will be:
- Providing a warm welcome to customers and booking in vehicles.
- Identifying customers' requirements and where possible, supplying an accurate fully inclusive costing.
- Monitoring workshop hours, to provide an efficient service to customers
- Giving customers a full explanations of work carried out, making the most of any additional selling opportunities.
- Carrying out administration such as producing job cards, invoices, estimates, and updating customer's accounts.
You will need:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and warm telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task within a busy environment
- Comfortable using different computer systems
- Automotive background, or Service Advisor experience, highly desirable
