This role is fundamental in ensuring our service department delivers exceptional customer service while managing appointments, liaising with the workshop, presenting additional sales work and upholding the Mercedes-Benz service standards. Service Executive Role Overview

As a Service Executive, you will be the forefront of our service department, ensuring a premium service experience for our customers. This role involves managing customer service bookings, enquiries, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a smooth operation between our customers and the technician team.

The Ideal Candidate

We are in search of people who have experience and skills with:

  • Customer service in the aftersales automotive industry
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Automotive service workflows
  • Proficiency in using service management software (CRM)
  • Experience working in a fast pace environment
  • A valid UK Driving Licence
  • Commitment to delivering the high standards associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage service appointments and customer queries
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the technical service team
  • Ensure customer service records are accurately maintained
  • Assist in achieving service department targets and objectives
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Mercedes-Benz service products and offerings
  • Contribute to the team by accomplishing additional tasks as needed

Qualifications And Experience

  • Prior experience in a service-oriented role within the automotive sector
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and dedication to customer service excellence
  • Legal right to work in the UK
