We are offering a £31,000 basic salary with an OTE in excess of £40,000 plus company benefits.
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
Ideally, you will have experience working as a Service Advisor in the motor industry. You must also hold a full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
