Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and presentable dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to customers.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the Catering & Hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Food hygiene certificate is desirable but not essential.
