We’re searching for a Richmond-based SEO / AEO Lead to join our Marketing team, so that we can strengthen our global search presence and elevate the visibility of our solutions across regions and industries. The SEO / AEO Lead will define and execute a global SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation strategy to drive discoverability, organic performance, and ultimately support RLDatix’s business and marketing goals.

We’re searching for a Richmond-based SEO / AEO Lead to join our Marketing team, so that we can strengthen our global search presence and elevate the visibility of our solutions across regions and industries. The SEO / AEO Lead will define and execute a global SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation strategy to drive discoverability, organic performance, and ultimately support RLDatix’s business and marketing goals.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Define and implement a global SEO and AEO strategy tailored to regional markets, audience segments, and languages to increase organic visibility.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives including site audits, structured data, site architecture, crawl optimisation, and Core Web Vitals improvements to enhance search performance.
- Partner with content teams to guide keyword mapping, content optimisation, and AI/voice search strategies to drive engagement across complex B2B health and SaaS topics.
- Monitor and report on SEO/AEO performance by region, product, and service line using tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio to deliver actionable insights.
- Train, enable, and collaborate with global marketing and development teams, ensuring consistent SEO best practices and managing external consultants as needed.
- 5+ years of experience leading SEO strategy and execution for global, multilingual websites.
- Proven success driving enterprise SEO and AEO in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or government sectors.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, structured data, search engine algorithms, and modern content optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Hubspot), SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio).
- Familiarity with AI, voice search, and generative engine trends, and how they influence SEO strategies.
- A strategic yet hands-on mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
