We are looking for an addition to our small team of software developers who design, implement, and support the Quality and Security certification applications, which includes functions for audit planning, action tracking, survey design, results reporting, etc. The team is distributed between Europe and North America.

You will be expected to have a broad-based understanding of all aspects of a complete web application solution from the UI to DBA. You will contribute to a product that is used daily by end users. You will be part of a group of software developers contributing to new components, and you will also be supporting components in an existing code base.

  • Develop and maintain web applications/tools for internal and external use.
    • Maintain and improve existing software, refactoring as necessary.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
  • Design/code using best practices for software development.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience

  • Bachelor's (or foreign equivalent) degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a software development/engineering related occupation.
  • The position requires minimum 3 years of experience to include:
    • jQuery and ASP.NET/C#
    • SQL
Preferred Knowledge/Skills

  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio
  • Windows IIS server administration/management
  • Personal management of complex project tasks

Language Skills

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $82,900 to $149,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
