Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, Days shift between the hours of 08:00am and 17:00pm

Location: Banbury, OX16 4RS

We're now looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise a warehouse team
• Communicate effectively and provide motivation, training, and support
• Manage departmental budget and report variances with evidence
• Build strong relationships with customers and other departments
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure smooth operations
• Drive Continuous Improvement across processes
• Perform general warehouse duties as required
  
  
  

this Role Would Suit People Who

• Computer literate – comfortable using systems and technology to support daily warehouse operations
• Background in warehouse operations is essential – understanding of day-to-day warehouse tasks and processes
• Leadership experience desirable – previous experience leading or supervising a team is a plus, but not essential
