We're now looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.

We're now looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise a warehouse team
- Communicate effectively and provide motivation, training, and support
- Manage departmental budget and report variances with evidence
- Build strong relationships with customers and other departments
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure smooth operations
- Drive Continuous Improvement across processes
- Perform general warehouse duties as required
- Computer literate – comfortable using systems and technology to support daily warehouse operations
- Background in warehouse operations is essential – understanding of day-to-day warehouse tasks and processes
- Leadership experience desirable – previous experience leading or supervising a team is a plus, but not essential
