Once For All is a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 250k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer on a contract basis to collaborate with our design and product teams. You will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing our platform's user experience, ensuring it is intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with our developing brand identity. You will work closely with our in-house designers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and well-structured design systems.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer on a contract basis to collaborate with our design and product teams. You will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing our platform's user experience, ensuring it is intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with our developing brand identity. You will work closely with our in-house designers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and well-structured design systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to refine and implement UX/UI solutions for the Once For All platform.
- Collaborate with our user research team to conduct usability testing, and feedback analysis to drive design decisions.
- Create modern responsive and mobile first UX wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance user experience across all touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency in design by contributing to and maintaining our design system.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Support and mentor in-house designers, providing insights and feedback on design work.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, inc Mobile first design preferably within SaaS platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design work, particularly in B2B or complex digital platforms.
- Strong Proficiency in Figma, prototyping and animation. Including experience of using variables and tokens.
- Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Experience designing for mobile friendly screens including apps
- Collaborate with user research team on usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Strong understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or Spanish a bonus)
- Experience designing for construction industry software or compliance-related platforms.
- Familiarity with using variables and design tokens in design systems
- Experience in motion design or micro-interactions for enhanced user engagement.
