Senior UX/UI Designer

Your Mission

As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be the key driver in designing and managing user interfaces for our SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey. You will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, as well as develop video content, pitch decks, and website designs to support the wider business. Your role is to bring a consistent, user-first approach to all our design work, ensuring a high level of usability and visual appeal across all touchpoints.

Who You Are

• You have a deep understanding of user-centred design and the ability to translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• You are highly skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• You are a strong collaborator, able to work with cross-functional teams and align design work with broader product and business goals.
• You keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices, always looking for ways to enhance user experiences.
• You have a passion for creating engaging video content, designing websites, and delivering polished presentation materials.
  
  

Your Background

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong focus on SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to create wireframes, mockups, and POC wireframes that meet both user and business needs.
• Strong background in video design and editing, creating engaging content for product and marketing purposes.
• Experience in website design, ensuring consistency and seamless user experience across digital platforms.
• Skilled in creating pitch decks and presentation designs that are visually compelling and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Expertise in responsive and adaptive design, ensuring usability across all devices and screen sizes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct usability testing and user research, iterating based on feedback and performance data.
