Senior Therapeutic Care Worker

Location: Gloucestershire & Worcestershire (Rural Residential Homes)

Salary: £36,000 per annum (Includes some sleep-ins and weekends)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Lead shifts and support management in daily operations

Supervise and mentor junior staff

Provide therapeutic and emotional support to residents

Maintain regulatory and statutory standards (CQC/Ofsted)

Oversee day-to-day care, routines, and house activities

Complete and manage documentation, reports, and supervisions

Act as a positive role model and promote young people’s personal growth and independence

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (mandatory)

Minimum age 21 (due to legal care requirements)

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in care (preferred)

Manual UK Driving Licence (required)

Right to Work in the UK

Ability to work a 39-hour week on a rotating 7-day shift pattern (including some sleep-ins and weekends)

Enhanced DBS check (provided and funded by us)

Strong leadership and documentation skills

No sponsorship provided

36,000 salary (including rota-based sleep-ins)
