Senior Theatre Assistant
Senior Theatre Assistant | Theatres | Full time | 37.5 hours per week | Permanent | Southend-On-Sea
Spire Wellesley Hospital are looking for a Senior Theatre Assistant to join our fantastic Theatre team. You will work a mix of shifts covering 7.30am – 8.00pm, Monday to Saturday on a rota including on calls.
Spire Wellesley Hospital has 3 Theatres (2 laminar flow) and an endoscopy unit, a 33 bedded Surgical Ward covering a wide variety of specialties including Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, General Surgery, Vascular, Plastics, Gynae, Ophthalmology, Spinal, Urology, ENT.
Duties And Responsibilities
To assist the perioperative team to provide exemplary care within the operating suite in the role of perioperative surgical support including scrub duties for cases deemed to be within the workers competence.

Who We're Looking For
- You will need to have previous Theatre Healthcare Assistant experience.
- Ideally you will have NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
- Someone who excels in customer service and has a caring demeanour.
