Our Test & Implementation team is an exciting place to be! We design and develop strategies that drive delivery, concentrating on quality assurance and fast delivery to market. We have complete ownership of creating tests (Both manual and automated solutions), designing frameworks and leading the implementation test strategy. We define best practises aligned with our business goals and align with processes and tools, ensuring the quality of work delivered is high. We provide test solutions for a cutting-edge wealth management application and products for a global investment company.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join our growing test team, reporting directly to the Test Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation as well as with third-party vendors, contributing to the success of our testing function.
As a key member of the test team, you will take responsibility for testing system changes, coordinating teams of testers (Including third-party vendors) and demonstrating leadership by adhering to and promoting best practices across all stages of the testing lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with various teams and departments to ensure seamless delivery of business outcomes aligned with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure platform compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Enhance proposition development and maintain test scripts.
- Define requirements, tests, and document defects thoroughly.
- Estimate, prioritise, and coordinate testing activities, including automation support.
- Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and support defect management.
- Develop and implement end-to-end test strategies to mitigate risks.
- Lead and motivate distributed and offshore teams to deliver high-quality testing.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a Test Ambassador.
- Implement structured defect management and incident reporting processes.
- Provide effective communication and MI reporting to stakeholders, highlighting risks.
- Introduce innovative practices, drive change, and share best practices.
- Oversee test preparation, execution, planning, reporting, and manage test resources when needed.
- Experienced of manual test execution and continuous integration tools (JIRA and Azure DevOps)
- Ability to multitask, problem solve as well as develop and meeting project deadlines
- Experienced in Agile design methodology & collaboration with team members across the business disciplines to drive productivity and quality enhancements
- Ability to follow up defects, design gaps with BAs, Developers and solution designers
- Ability to execute test plans & scenarios as per the test strategy, update test results and prepare daily execution reports
- Has a great understanding of end-to-end testing, industry best practice, including knowledge of various test methodologies, processes, techniques and tools including Agile working practices
- Can demonstrate a good understanding of Test governance, audit and quality principles
- Third party delivery experience
