Senior Telecom & Enterprise Transformation Specialist/Architect

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Network Transformation Architect (Fixed, Enterprise) to lead and execute large-scale digitalization and network transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving measurable business outcomes through consulting, pre-sales, solution design, testing, and advanced automation. This role demands leading end-to-end network transformation across Fixed, IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, FTTx, and Telco Cloud domains; architecting scalable, automated, and API-driven network platforms aligned with TMF and MEF standards; driving AI-led assurance, orchestration, and OPEX optimization through automation and service abstraction.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following core duties:

• Define end-to-end architecture across IP/MPLS, SR/SRv6, SD-WAN, FTTx, Broadband, and Telco Cloud environments.
• Define and implement Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) and Network-as-a-Platform (NaaP) frameworks — enabling on-demand, API-driven, and intent-based network capabilities aligned with TMF Open APIs and MEF LSO standards.
• Standardize service catalogs and product specifications in line with TMF models (TMF620, TMF622, TMF638, TMF641, etc.).
• Lead AI/GenAI-driven automation strategies for predictive assurance, self-healing, and network optimization targeting measurable OPEX reduction.
• Oversee multi-vendor integration and multi-cloud orchestration across OSS/BSS, IP, SD-WAN, and Telco Cloud systems.
• Drive transformation programs to modernize legacy OSS/BSS stacks into modular, API-exposed digital ecosystems.
• Enable and scale Enterprise Business services — including managed SD-WAN, VPN, Broadband, and Hybrid Network offerings; ensure SLA, QoS, and service assurance compliance.
• Mentor architecture and delivery teams; influence stakeholders and customers on future-state designs and transformation strategy.
  
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills and experience : Candidates must possess a demonstrated history of technical depth and leadership, evidenced by the following skills

• Core: IP/MPLS, SR/SRv6, SD-WAN (multi-vendor environments including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Versa, etc.), FTTx, Broadband, Telco Cloud, Network Automation.
• Strategic: NaaS/NaaP enablement, TMF/MEF alignment, Service Catalogs, API exposure.
• Automation & Cloud: Cloud-native architectures, AI/GenAI in Operations, observability frameworks.
• Transformation: OSS/BSS modernization, intent-based orchestration, service abstraction.
• Leadership: Solution governance, stakeholder management, and multi-domain delivery experience.
