The Opportunity
We are now seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Equity and Employment tax team Join, where you'll dive into exciting projects from day one. Forget just crunching numbers-we go beyond traditional tax work, helping businesses make smarter, more strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with clients to solve real business challenges.
- Deliver top-tier employment tax projects with technical excellence.
- Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects.
- Help drive business growth by managing client relationships.
- Ensure we meet the highest quality and risk management standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
You're ambitious, curious, and ready to make a difference. You thrive in a team, enjoy problem-solving, and want to develop your skills in a global environment. Here's what we're looking for:
- Experience in equity and/or employment tax (or a passion for learning!).
- A proactive, energetic, and forward-thinking mindset.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Technical expertise with a drive to keep learning.
- Solid project management skills-meeting deadlines is your thing.
- Relevant qualifications (ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, Law, or equivalent).
- Risk-awareness and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and a client-first approach.
- A knack for problem-solving and clear communication.
- Background in professional services (a plus, but not essential!).
