About The Role
As Senior Systems Owner, you will lead on changes, updates and enhancements to our Salesforce CRM by managing system migrations, customisations that align with Cambridge's strategic goals. Working closely with our CRM User Enablement Team and our Central System Centre of Excellence you will Collaborate across teams to gather and prioritise requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria to guide platform enhancements.
You will oversee implementation and ensure smooth CRM operations by working closely with development teams, delivering timely and impactful updates. Support compliance and security by managing access controls, data governance, and maintaining system integrity through best practices. Empowering users through training programs, fostering platform understanding and maximising value across the organisation.

About The Role

About You
You are a seasoned CRM expert with:
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce core architecture, customisation, and administration, including validation rules, workflows, and data modelling.
- Strong project management experience, with a background in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or the Atlassian suite.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively align technical solutions with business needs and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and addressing business challenges, ensuring solutions align with broader strategies.
- Great experience in the use of salesforce to support globally distributed sales teams as well as other customer onboard and information management function.
- Commitment to continuous learning through engagement with Salesforce Trailhead and industry updates, staying on top of trends and best practices.
