Who you are
Responsibilities
- – Undertaking technical drawing work in 2D and 3D on major infrastructure projects.
- – Producing reinforcement bending schedules for reinforced concrete
- – Managing workload on numerous projects to ensure deadlines are met and client requirements are fulfilled
- – Taking a lead role in larger schemes to plan work and delegate to other Technicians within the Department
- – Mentoring Junior Technicians
- – Liaising with Clients and external design teams on a daily basis
- – Contribute and take an active role in the improvement of Company and Drawing Office procedures
- – Good all-round technical drawing expertise using Revit and AutoCAD for all building materials
- – Exceptional knowledge of civil and structural build details and construction interfaces
- – Experience in the detailing of structures in reinforced concrete and steelwork
- – Effective communication skills
- – Knowledge and use of BIM packages such as Navisworks and ReCAP
