Mastercard Dynamic Yield is seeking a Customer Success Manager (internal title: Senior Specialist, Customer Success) to bridge the gap between our advanced personalization technology and client success. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, define success criteria, and build tailored personalization plans using Dynamic Yield’s platform. Your ability to synthesize technical information, manage projects, and communicate effectively will be key to ensuring high customer satisfaction and platform adoption.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, define success criteria, and build tailored personalization plans using Dynamic Yield’s platform. Your ability to synthesize technical information, manage projects, and communicate effectively will be key to ensuring high customer satisfaction and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Define success criteria with clients and translate data into actionable personalization strategies.
- Identify key segments and support user-centric optimization initiatives.
- Train clients on Dynamic Yield’s platform and consult on best practices.
- Drive adoption and satisfaction through strategic guidance and proactive support.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project goals.
- Lead regular client reviews via calls, presentations, or onsite meetings.
- Deliver projects on time and budget, resolving issues professionally.
- Communicate project status across internal teams and stakeholders.
- 2+ years in services or consulting, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Expertise in at least 2–3 areas: Optimization, CRM, Personalization, Recommendations, Localization or Segmentation.
- Experience in onboarding or project management.
- Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data and simplify complex tech.
- Confident presenting to C-level executives.
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and issue resolution under pressure.
- Passionate about customer success; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Experience with publishers or eCommerce clients.
- Degree in Economics, Business, or a marketing-related analytical field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is strongly preferred.
