We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our Tech & Change team. You'll work in a collaborative Agile environment, contributing to the design, development, and improvement of our software applications. You'll be an advocate for clean code, automation, and continuous improvement, and play a key role in delivering high-quality software that meets evolving business and customer needs.


Our Tech Stack: .NET Core, Angular, Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, TDD/BDD, Cloud Native architecture, Agile/Scrum


What's The Role

  • Design, develop, and enhance new and existing software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental software solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Ensure robust unit and integration testing
  • Support successful transition of software into production
  • Engage in code reviews and knowledge sharing


What Can You Offer

  • Strong experience with the Microsoft .NET stack and Angular
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, TDD, and BDD principles
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and automated testing
  • Agile mindset and experience working in Scrum teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
