Role Overview


Our client is a team of problem solvers made up of designers, developers, digital marketers, and project managers who keep everything running smoothly. They offer expertise across website design, creative, and digital services and serve as the in-house agency for a larger group of brands that combine people, processes, and technology to make businesses better.

About the role


The Senior Social Media Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of social media for multiple brands. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility across internal and client accounts, focusing on performance, innovation, and brand growth. You'll mentor junior staff, advise senior stakeholders, and shape social strategy across multiple channels.


What you'll be doing:

  • Own and deliver the social strategy across brands and clients
  • Manage content and campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and more
  • Lead both paid and organic social initiatives for engagement and conversions
  • Track platform trends and use data to inform strategy
  • Oversee social tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, HubSpot
  • Lead client-facing strategy, audits, proposals and reporting
  • Advise clients with strategic insights and recommendations
  • Partner with leadership on agency growth and client acquisition
  • Mentor junior team members to build capability
  • Align with creative, PR and digital marketing teams
  • Report on performance using clear KPIs and actionable insights


What we're looking for:

  • Strong senior-level social media experience, ideally with team leadership
  • Proven record of delivering B2B/B2C social strategies that drive growth
  • Skilled in analytics, paid ads, and performance reporting
  • Confident client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of trends, platform updates, and algorithms
