About The Role
As the Senior SEO Specialist you are primarily responsible for understanding, communicating, and executing all activities related to the organic search strategy in key search engines, such as Google.
You're responsible for the quality and growth of rankings to drive organic growth resulting in New Depositing Customers (NDCs), mainly, but not exclusively, by content production and off-site efforts.
You’ll work closely with the SEO manager, content teams, product/marketing, and acquisition teams to drive the channel and business KPIs. Always following SEO best practices to achieve long term organic growth for multiple brands and geos.

About The Role
As the Senior SEO Specialist you are primarily responsible for understanding, communicating, and executing all activities related to the organic search strategy in key search engines, such as Google.
You're responsible for the quality and growth of rankings to drive organic growth resulting in New Depositing Customers (NDCs), mainly, but not exclusively, by content production and off-site efforts.
You’ll work closely with the SEO manager, content teams, product/marketing, and acquisition teams to drive the channel and business KPIs. Always following SEO best practices to achieve long term organic growth for multiple brands and geos.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Creating, implementing and monitoring the SEO strategy for designated brands independently.
- Monitor the organic performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SemRush, Screaming frog, Majestic, Wincher, and Ahrefs.
- Following-up on rankings/improvements from the changes that are being made as well as have knowledge and confidence to suggest changes to approach.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve the search visibility.
- Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting performance based on several KPIs and metrics from various sources such as GSC, GA and business data.
- Keep track of technical improvements that could be made on the brands and have confidence to develop ideas further.
- Perform enhanced keyword research based on our existing LTV and keyword model.
- Maintain a portfolio of targeted LPs/Keywords and create a roadmap strategy for improving the search visibility.
- Based on insights from research on opportunities, acquisition, behavior and value metrics, you're able to make SEO recommendations in order to improve and grow the targeted landing pages.
- Work with the Content team to make sure all content has an SEO focus. Providing guidelines, advice, and templates as necessary to adhere to SEO best practices.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team.
- Consistently delivers and presents reports to key stakeholders, focusing on refining the user journey and maximizing the effectiveness of ongoing promotions to drive conversions. Collaborate with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) teams as needed, aiming to enhance overall business impact
Essential Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEO, ideally agency-side.
- Experience of working both on-page and off-page, with a mobile-first mindset.
- Experience working with multiple channels to execute SEO strategy.
- An ability to scale up technical SEO strategies and in-depth understanding of search engine behavior.
- Pro-actively spot opportunities and raise issues across multiple brands.
- Exceptional communication skills, motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Great leadership skills and be able to aid in the development of team members.
