About The Team

Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world.

What You’ll Own

  • Act as Scrum Master for two cross functional teams in Access Worldpay
  • Coach and mentor individuals and teams in agile practices
  • Capture and report metrics, and contribute to ongoing improvement
  • Support the agile community within Worldpay
  • Facilitation of ceremonies, planning activities, brainstorming and ad-hoc discussions
  • Close relationship building with our Product representatives
  • Nurture a culture of collaborative innovation
  • Encourage experimentation
  • Communicate and mitigate risks and/or issues

Where you’ll own it

You’ll own it in our City of London hub. Our sites are hubs of activity, conversation, and openness. With inspiring, stylish workspaces we want people to feel excited to come and do their best work.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Development and expert in Scrum process preferable SAFe.
  • Proven track record of managing staff and teams; enabling their development and growth.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
  • Scaled Agile Certification or other relevant qualifications.
  • Ability to adapt & excel in a changing and fast paced environment.

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience using tools such as Clarity, Planview, Miro, Jira, Confluence and Rally
