What You’ll Need
- Advanced Education : PhD or postdoctoral experience in Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
- Industry/Academic Expertise : A minimum of 2 years of academic or industrial laboratory experience, with a strong command of synthetic chemistry reactions and techniques.
- Teamwork : Proven ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary scientific teams.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Prowess : Expertise in advanced laboratory skills for synthesis of complex organic molecules.
- Commitment to Excellence : Adherence to safety, GMP standards, and maintaining clear, accurate laboratory records.
