In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises Revenue Management Team.
Role Overview
The Senior Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the maximisation of revenue delivery by creating effective reporting, and analysing data and trends. As well as communicating performance both at a strategic and tactical level, you’ll also support the development of data and reporting that will enable efficient optimisation of revenue - highlighting risks and opportunities and be a key link between business and data science.

In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to bring fresh insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises Revenue Management Team.
Role Overview
The Senior Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting the maximisation of revenue delivery by creating effective reporting, and analysing data and trends. As well as communicating performance both at a strategic and tactical level, you’ll also support the development of data and reporting that will enable efficient optimisation of revenue - highlighting risks and opportunities and be a key link between business and data science.
This pivotal role will involve:
- Delivery of the best possible net ticket revenue
- Articulate the trading performance, including key challenges and opportunities, to the business
- Support the development of reporting to allow for effective analysis of performance and optimisation of revenue
- Support the creation of a clear strategy / plan of how the revenue will be delivered, by providing insight and analysis of both current and historical trends
- Support the development of launch pricing and campaigns
- Support the coaching of analysts
- Championing and supporting the automation of revenue management by leveraging the revenue management system

- Experience working in an analytical role, with competencies to identify trends, interpret and manipulate data in order to inform decision-making
- Advanced experience of scenario modelling
- Commercial knowledge / background

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and confident in presenting to stakeholders across the business
- Strong collaboration skills – working in partnership with a variety of different business areas
- A self-starter – curious and innovative in approach.
