Circle Health Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse to join our friendly and motivated team of staff.
This is a part-time role at 23 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a shift pattern of 08:00AM - 20:30PM, over two days.

Duties Of This Role Include
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and lead on the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for complex patients
- Use advanced clinical knowledge to make timely and appropriate decisions, escalating where necessary.
- Administer medication safely and monitor patient response, ensuring adherence to NMC and local protocols.
- Delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring safe and effective workload management across the shift.
- Uphold a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with infection prevention, safeguarding, medicines management, and risk reporting procedures.
- Act as a key contact for patients and their families, offering clinical updates, reassurance, and information to support shared decision-making.
- Liaise effectively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions between services.
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with active NMC registration.
- Significant post-registration experience in an acute or relevant clinical setting.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a nursing team.
- Strong clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
- Confidence in working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory nursing role desirable.
