Based in Edinburgh, this agency's leadership team have built a highly successful agency in the FMCG, Engineering and Manufacturing sectors across the UK and global markets, through leading by example. Now, they are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with real ambition to grow their career and earning potential, regardless of which sector you've operated in. What matters most is your integrity, your drive to succeed, proven sales ability, personal ambition and, the pride you take in doing a great job for your clients and candidates.
With the support of a hugely experienced, collaborative and supportive senior team, you'll be encouraged to build on their existing blue-chip client base and grow your own relationships, with the autonomy to develop and maximise your potential.
You'll receive a very competitive package with basic salary up to c.£38k, DOE, with an uncapped commission scheme and attractive benefit package, alongside fantastic career development opportunities in a rapidly growing, leading agency brand in a highly resilient, attractive global market sector.
