  • Set up and maintain SAP Master Data (Quality), ensuring accurate and compliant records.
  • Coordinate and maintain the schedule for third-party Product Quality Reviews (PQRs), including protocol generation and final report creation.

  • Oversee the qualification and change control (MOC) processes for third-party manufacturers and API suppliers.
  • Act as the quality lead across multiple product hubs (Rx/Gx, Home Hygiene, Derma, OTC), supporting product lifecycle and compliance activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain supplier qualification systems (MasterControl), and contribute to staff training and knowledge sharing

What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree in a scientific discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, or 5+ years’ experience in a quality management role.

  • GCSEs (grade C or above) in English and Maths; science A-Levels preferred.
  • Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Minitab is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Commitment to upholding environmental safety, regulatory compliance (Orange and Green Guides), ISO standards, and company values.
