Contract type: Full time
Python Developer – Hybrid (UK-wide or Bulgaria)

Build Real Software from Day One

You’ll be delivering secure, scalable APIs for a global cybersecurity client—on meaningful, live projects used by the world’s biggest organisations.

Tackle Real Engineering Challenges

From domain modelling and modernising legacy systems to building APIs from scratch, you’ll solve technically challenging problems in a high-trust team that values clean architecture.

You’ll collaborate with frontend engineers, influence design decisions, and shape more than just the backend.

Work with Autonomy & Flexibility

No micromanagement. No meeting overload. You’ll have the freedom to focus, deliver, and work in a way that suits you—with full support and trust from your team.

Variety Without the Job-Hopping

You’ll start on a major client project, but you’re not locked in. Our engineers often move between engagements in fintech, healthtech, and more—without changing jobs.

Grow Your Skills

We support engineers who want to expand their toolkit—whether that’s learning FastAPI or Django Ninja, branching into Node or Golang, or exploring DevOps and AI tools.

Weekly team catch-ups are for knowledge sharing and experimentation, not just status updates.

Work With Good Humans

We care about building a supportive culture.

You’ll work with kind, curious teammates who take pride in what they do and collaborate openly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and documenting RESTful APIs
  • Designing relational databases (PostgreSQL)
  • Translating requirements into clean, maintainable code
  • Working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Improving and evolving legacy systems

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5 years of Python experience
  • At least 1 year with Django
  • Strong backend/API development skills
  • Familiarity with relational databases and cloud platforms
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively

Bonus Points

  • Docker experience
  • React or frontend exposure
  • Cloud certifications
  • DevOps or AI interest
  • Performance/cost optimisation experience

What You’ll Get

  • Flexible hours and hybrid setup
  • Variety at pace—diverse clients, exciting industries
  • A say in what we build and how we build it
