As a Senior Project Manager You'll
- Lead and oversee all programmes, projects, and project teams across the UK portfolio.
- Manage service delivery, ensuring projects are cost-effective and meet client and Sodexo requirements.
- Develop and implement operational processes, service offers, and best practices to drive standardisation and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, health, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Control budgets, reporting on OPEX and CAPEX expenditure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide performance reporting and benchmarking, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Share best practice across sites and develop strategies for continuous service improvement.
- Oversee labour management for projects, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Proven experience in an outsourced, integrated facilities project management environment.
- Strong track record of managing large-scale projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and budgets.
- Knowledge of project management systems such as CAD and Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and health and safety compliance.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Full UK Driving License
