Our market ready platform, VICTA, is an optionally crewed / payload carrying dual-domain platform designed to operate at speed over range, capable of rapid transition beneath the surface to operate submerged, enabling the discreet delivery of effects within contested waters. Responsibilities Will Include

• Turn business strategy and commercial opportunities into programme management plans.
• Build and execute multiple complex programmes & projects.
• Create scenario-based programmes & projects for strategic analysis.
• Forecast and monitor resource and costs across multiple programmes & projects.
• Support the development of the PMP framework,
• Report KPIs to the Executive Management Board.
• Develop the QMS to align with the business objectives.
  
  

Required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recognised Project Management Qualification.
• Experience with project management software.
• Marine or technology development experience and understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritise objectives.
  
  

Desirable

• Qualified within engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
  
  

Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.*
