We're looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in the Thames Valley region, working on the Thames Water framework
Location: Gerrards Cross/ Thames Valley region
Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Kier is a strategic partner to Thames Water for AMP7 and AMP8 on capital frameworks across the Thames Water supply and treatment regions. We deliver design & build services for new and exisiting infrastructure assets (below ground) and non-infrastructure assets (below ground).
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in line with Kier and the Thames Water KPI's.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in line with Kier and the Thames Water KPI's.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Engage with the supply chain partners on matters of health, safety and wellbeing, leading by example on leading indicators to promote engagement
- Input to manage and update construction programmes ensuring key milestones are met
- Prepare and issue invitations to tender with the Quantity Surveyor, collate responses and prepare a cost benefit analysis with recommendations for award
- Selection of Mechanical & Electrical supply chain and package scope
- Accountability for the design integration of the MEICA package plant against Thames Water Asset standards and WIMES
This role of Senior Project Engineer is great for you if you hold:
- Experience within the water industry along with being a BEng/ ONC/ HNC/ BTEC qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- CSCS card, SSSTS and Confined Spaces
- Experience in reviewing RAMS and understanding the risks associated with process plant awareness
- Commercial awareness
- Full driving licence
