Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our UK Conveyancing Search and Legal Due Diligence products and services within our Unity Platform.

This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of technical proficiency, business insight, and leadership capabilities, along with the ability to work with other key stakeholders to shape and execute the product vision and strategy. The objective is to deliver a market-leading conveyancing search product and its associated tools within the UK.


Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's business objectives

  • Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Create compelling business cases that drive investment and profitable outcomes

  • Translate global product vision into regionally specific strategic roadmaps

  • Implement and enforce the company's product development lifecycle process

  • Establish and maintain a robust product innovation framework



Team Collaboration and Leadership

Work closely with Product Owners to:

  • Create and prioritize the product roadmap

  • Support strategic objectives

  • Facilitate agile delivery


Coordinate with Software Engineering managers to:

  • Establish development capacity

  • Align technical priorities


Collaborate with UI/UX team to design exceptional, class leading user experiences that are driven by user and market demands

Analytics and Continuous Improvement

  • Collect and analyze product and user analytics

  • Drive data-informed decision-making

  • Facilitate continuous learning and product enhancement

  • Provide routine updates to management with updates on tracked goals and initiatives



Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams

  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies

  • Ensure cross-departmental readiness for customer-facing initiatives



Product Lifecycle Management
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from inception through retirement

Reporting Structure

  • Manage one or more Product Owners

  • Work collaboratively with other Product Managers of other products



Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Professional Experience

  • 12+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments, preferably from a Scrum/Agile background, to enable you to integrate seamlessly with our development teams.

  • Technical expertise is essential, developed through a progressive Product career collaborating with development teams and other technical experts.

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business results

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively align and lead distributed teams across multiple time zones

  • Familiarity with the legal industry is essential. Experience within the Conveyancing, or specifically Search environments is beneficial.

  • Experience with a modern Product Management toolset, including Aha and JIRA
