About The Opportunity

We're recruiting a strong Senior Sales Consultant to join the sales team at a flagship regeneration development in West London. This is a replacement hire for a consultant relocating to another site.

You'll be working on a thriving scheme that's performing exceptionally well with international buyers. With multiple new launches on the horizon, including a major new building in spring, this is an exciting time to join a high-performing site.

The Role

You'll work alongside an experienced Sales Manager and Team Leader, while also supporting and mentoring a junior Sales Consultant who's still developing their skills.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of leads, drive conversions, and maintain strong sales momentum across current and upcoming launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and conversions across multiple phases and launches
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline and deliver results
  • Mentor and support the junior consultant on site
  • Build relationships with buyers, particularly international clientele
  • Maintain momentum on a fast-paced, high-performing development

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Proven track record as a strong closer in off-plan property sales
  • Developer background preferred
  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven approach
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional sales performance
  • Able to work independently and take initiative

Nice To Have

  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • While strong admin skills are valued, we can be flexible on this if your sales ability is exceptional

Working Pattern

  • Rolling rota including weekends (2-3 per month)
  • 2 consecutive days off per week
