The Property Finance marketing team drives visibility, reputation and growth across Specialist Mortgages, Bridging and Development Finance. We work collaboratively with senior leaders, sales teams and agency partners to ensure all activity reflects HTB’s specialist propositions and our commitment to brokers and SME developers.
About The Role
The Senior Marketing Manager role is central to ensuring HTB’s specialist Property Finance proposition is represented with clarity and impact across all channels. This position bridges strategy and execution, supporting the Head of Intermediary Engagement to turn high-level plans into practical delivery. The role combines hands-on content creation and campaign coordination with agency and stakeholder management. It is ideal for someone who understands the intermediary market, has strong full-service marketing experience, and can operate confidently across PR, content, social, digital and events.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Delivery
- Support the Head of Intermediary Engagement in delivering HTB’s overarching Property Finance marketing strategy.
- Translate divisional goals into clear, actionable marketing plans and campaign briefs.
- Deliver tactical marketing activity to support broker engagement and business growth.
- Play a key role in embedding and evolving HTB’s Go for More campaign, ensuring it remains visible and consistent across Specialist Mortgages, Bridging and Development Finance through ongoing activation, content and tactical execution.
- Identify opportunities to add value, depth and consistency within the Go for More campaign across Specialist Mortgages, Bridging and Development Finance.
- Manage trade press activity including press releases, deal announcements, case studies and people news.
- Maintain strong relationships with trade journalists and media partners to ensure HTB’s continued visibility in the specialist lending market.
- Coordinate with PR agencies to deliver accurate, compliant and timely communications.
- Source stories and updates from sales, underwriting and leadership teams to generate meaningful content.
- Develop and manage a cohesive LinkedIn strategy, ensuring regular posting, resharing of coverage and amplification of key campaigns
- Draft, edit and reposition marketing content including case studies, articles, email campaigns and sales collateral.

- Proofread all materials to ensure accuracy, tone and compliance.
- Liaise with the wider marketing team on website content and updates to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or equivalent desirable.
- Coordinate HTB’s presence at national and regional events, including exhibitions, awards and panels.
- Liaise with event producers and manage logistics, collateral and materials.
- Source and manage branded merchandise and event supplies.
- Support senior leaders and spokespeople with briefing and preparation.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with creative, PR and media agencies, ensuring quality, efficiency and brand alignment.
- Coordinate media planning and advertising schedules, monitoring performance and deadlines.
- Support budget management and invoicing processes, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date content calendars and campaign trackers.
- Evaluate marketing activity and produce performance summaries with insights and recommendations.
- Strong background in B2B marketing within financial services, property lending or related sectors.
- Proven experience managing PR, social media and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders across concurrent projects.
- Confident managing budgets and evaluating campaign performance
- Genuine interest in the property finance sector and HTB’s specialist markets.
