We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Manager with strong content expertise to lead and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that support acquisition, brand growth, and lead generation. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for campaign planning, storytelling and performance tracking.

Note: This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) in our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon.

Key Accountability & Responsibilities
Campaign management
- Gigaclear has multi-million pound budgets for its marketing acquisition campaigns. This role will take the lead in developing and delivering monthly end to end integrated marketing campaigns across a range of media including direct mail, paid social media ads and email. From planning, working closely with external agencies and finally campaign delivery.
- There will also be opportunity to get experience in TV and radio advertising creative and media planning.
- Gigaclear are sending out millions of direct mail every year and we are constantly looking to find new and innovative ways to improve their impact through better creativity and targeting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Sales, Legal) and external London agencies to develop effective campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data and insights.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs.
- Plan, create, and manage a content calendar across platforms (website, blog, email, social media, etc.).
- Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content, including articles, case studies, videos, and infographics.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in tone.
- Act as a key liaison point with external agencies including - creative, print/post communications, and media agencies. As well as internal stakeholders including digital team members, sales, legal and product teams.
- Collaborate with designers, freelancers, and subject matter experts to bring content ideas to life.
- Track key performance indicators for content and campaigns (e.g. direct mail, social media, email)
- Report regularly on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each project
- Significant B2C marketing experience
- Proven experience developing and managing content across multiple channels - online and offline
- Demonstrable experience in planning and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Analytical thinker who is confident at analysing data and insights in order to inform campaign decisions
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
