Our brands — Kinetik Wellbeing and BlueKit Medical — deliver trusted health solutions to consumers and professionals worldwide. From home monitoring devices to surgical kits and age-related care technologies, we make health management simple, smart and accessible.

We combine the agility of a start-up with the trust of an established brand.

Why Kinetik

  • Accessible innovation: Affordable, high-quality tech that empowers everyday health.
  • Purpose with impact: Partnerships with NHS-aligned organisations and leading charities to make healthcare more inclusive.
  • Global growth: Expanding in the UK, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.
  • Collaborative culture: We live our values — Agile, Ambitious, Collaborative, Passionate and Trustworthy.

The Role

You’ll lead marketing for Kinetik’s consumer and professional brands. This is a hands-on leadership role: set direction, build capability, and deliver integrated campaigns that drive brand, demand and revenue across UK and international markets.

What You’ll Do

Brand & Strategy

  • Evolve and implement brand positioning and creative direction across retail, digital and international channels.
  • Be the brand guardian across packaging, web, retail POS and partner assets.

Campaigns & Growth

  • Lead 360° campaigns across retail, digital, social, PR, partnerships and events — from brief to measurement.
  • Plan and deliver retailer marketing (e.g. Boots, Lloyds, grocers): joint business planning, co-op, POS, and promotions.
  • Own performance channels (Amazon, D2C/eCommerce): optimise content, search, media spend and conversion.
  • Manage the marketing budget and forecast; allocate spend for ROI and CPA/ROAS targets.

Content & Storytelling

  • Oversee creation of compelling on-brand content (video, social, email, product pages, landing pages) that builds trust and converts.
  • Maintain messaging frameworks and product claims libraries.

Partnerships & International

  • Develop joint campaigns with retail and charity partners.
  • Adapt strategies and assets for local markets; coordinate localisation.

Team & Collaboration

  • Lead and develop a small marketing team; manage agencies and freelancers for best-in-class output.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Quality/Regulatory and Operations to deliver commercial plans.

Performance & Insight

  • Own reporting: dashboards, KPIs and actionable insight (traffic, conversion, basket size, share, category growth).
  • Run test-and-learn programmes (creative, audience, channel, landing pages).

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all claims and communications comply with MHRA Blue Guide, ASA/CAP Code, and partner/retailer guidelines.
  • Champion GDPR-compliant data use across CRM, email and analytics.

Who You Are

  • 6–10 years’ experience in consumer/health/tech marketing, ideally within a fast-growing SME or brand-led business.
  • Hands-on leader comfortable switching between strategy and delivery.
  • Strong retail marketing know-how and proven eCommerce/Amazon performance experience.
  • Commercially sharp with budget ownership and demonstrable impact on revenue/margin.
  • Excellent communicator who can brief creatives, influence stakeholders and ship work.
  • Experienced at managing agencies, designers and international partners.
  • Purpose-driven and motivated by improving everyday health outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Medical devices/health-regulated environment experience.
  • Shopify/BigCommerce, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, GA4, Looker Studio, and basic HTML/CMS familiarity.
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation and product information/asset management tools.

Why Join Us

  • Influence the direction of a growing international health-tech group.
  • Work directly with leadership on high-impact projects.
  • Shape the next generation of Kinetik’s brand and growth strategy.
  • Be part of a business redefining accessible health technology.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus
  • Private health and wellbeing benefits
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office)
  • Professional development support
  • Occasional international travel
