Contract: Permanent working 28 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)
Salary: £49,045 (pro rata) per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: Manchester or Leeds (The role will be based in any of the offices listed; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week)
Are you passionate about enabling and championing the voices of children and young people? Do you have experience in leading youth engagement in an organisation, a commitment to inclusion and great communication skills?
Working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will enable Arts Council England to activate its commitment to youth voice.
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and collaborative person excited by the opportunity to lead and shape the future of youth engagement at Arts Council England.
