About Skyscanner
Everyone loves travelling, but planning is not without its challenges. That's why we've spent 20 years building tools that turn travel-planning chaos into a breeze. Today, around 100 million travellers count on us every month to skip the whole “47 browser tabs open” phase and find flights, cars, and hotels quickly and easily.
Joining Skyscanner means becoming part of a global brand that's striving to become the planet's go-to travel hack accessible for all. Our vision? To be the world's number one travel ally. (Ambitious? Yes, but, hey, that's what got us here.)
Now, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Product Analytics, on a 12 month Fixed-Term basis, to help us bring that vision to even more travellers.
About The Role
(Hybrid)
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead a team of analysts supporting our Flights vertical — the core of Skyscanner’s product. As the most senior analytics voice embedded in this area, you’ll be a trusted partner to Product leadership, influencing everything from strategic roadmap decisions to experimentation frameworks and growth bets.
With millions of users interacting with your team’s work daily, your mission is to uncover insights that shape the product, not just report on what’s already happened. You’ll bring sharp thinking, high standards, and a talent for storytelling to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Team Leadership
We are the real deal — no corporate gloss, no empty promises. Just a team of genuinely curious, caring humans, building things that help travellers explore the world a little easier.
Skyscanner is made up of brilliant humans from every corner of the world. We believe travel makes the world better - and that the same is true of our diverse teams. We're proud to be an equal opportunities employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive and products that are accessible to all.
Sound like your kind of adventure? Apply now and help us shape the future of travel.
We're committed to ensuring our application and recruitment processes are inclusive and accessible to everyone. If you require any reasonable adjustments or accommodations for interviews, please let us know. If you'd like more information on any of our policies, such as hybrid working or Parental Leave policies (typically we pay a minimum of 24 weeks birth parent/maternity leave globally), our recruitment team can provide more information on these.

What You’ll Be Doing
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of 4 analysts, fostering their growth through coaching, feedback, and technical development.
- Set high standards for analytical rigour, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Guide prioritisation, ensure analytical delivery is high-impact, and create an environment where the team is focused, supported, and clear on outcomes.
- Act as the primary analytics partner for Product and Engineering leadership within the Flights vertical.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships (especially with Engineering and Strategy) to align analysis with business context.
- Help senior stakeholders make confident, data-informed decisions through insight-rich storytelling and robust analysis.
- Shape and evolve success metrics to guide product development and assess performance.
- Drive identification of new opportunities — including those that aren’t yet on the roadmap — through deep analysis of user behaviour.
- Support experimentation at scale, from hypothesis design through to post-test interpretation and learning.
- Build scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface key trends and guide decision-making.
- Support a self-serve analytics culture by enabling Product teams to independently access and interpret data.
- 7+ years in analytics roles, with significant experience in product analytics within a digital or e-commerce context.
- Proven success in leading analysts, including development, prioritisation, and delivery.
- Deep comfort with tools like SQL, Tableau, and large-scale data platforms (e.g., Databricks); bonus for Python or PySpark skills.
- Strong grasp of A/B testing, experimentation design, and statistical rigour.
- Exceptional communicator — able to distil complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a nose for commercial value and a bias toward action.
- Core Product Impact – You’ll shape the evolution of our most used product feature.
- Big Scope, Small Team – This isn’t managing through layers. You’ll be close to the data, the decisions, and the delivery.
- Data-Driven Culture – Skyscanner doesn’t just talk about data — it acts on it. Your influence will be tangible.
- High Visibility – You’ll have regular interaction with senior product and commercial leaders, helping steer the business at a critical time of growth.
