Carnival UK is in search of a Senior Manager, E-Commerce, who is crucial in supporting our commercial ambition to drive more sales online for P&O Cruises and Cunard, and nurturing a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver commercial digital revenue targets by improving merchandising and customer experience through the booking journey.
- Lead and deliver the commercial strategy for bundling, cross-sell and upsell of ancillaries online and via a future app, including innovative ideas and solutions to meet revenue goals.
- Manage the launch of new products, brand campaigns, and promotions, ensuring coordination across digital teams and with the P&O Cruises and Cunard sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimise site traffic, media performance, and guest experience.
Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
To thrive as a Senior Manager, E-Commerce, we're looking for:
- Experience in cross-sell and upsell of ancillaries, utilisation of recommendation engines and personalisation to drive performance
- Working across global markets online
- Knowledge of UX/CRO concepts and best practices.
- Experience in forecasting and performance analysis.
- Strong digital merchandising understanding including exploiting use of eCommerce tools to drive a commercial outcome.
- Ability to plan and implement digital development and commercial strategies.
