Key Responsibilities
- 360° Learning Solutions: Lead the end-to-end development of high-impact leadership development programs, from initial needs analysis to impactful evaluation.
- Digital Innovation: Embrace and leverage a range of digital learning technologies, such as AI, VR/AR, and microlearning, to create innovative and engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, working together to ensure program success.
- Developing Future Leaders: Design and deliver programs that focus on developing critical leadership skills, such as adaptable decision-making, forward-thinking strategic planning, and creative problem-solving.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Provide support and guidance to leaders, fostering their growth and development within the organisation.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Essential: Proven experience in designing and delivering high-quality leadership development programs.
- Highly Desirable: Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, digital content creation platforms and Occupational, Ability & Personality Qualifications.
- Key Skills:
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Adaptable and enthusiastic with a passion for innovation.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Hybrid Working: Enjoy a flexible work-life balance with a combination of office-based work in Daresbury (3 days per week) and travel to another TAG hub once a month.
